Richard L Goldberg
RICHARD L. GOLDBERG, senior partner and principal trial attorney, has been with the firm since 1989. He devotes much of his time and attention to the preparation and ultimate trial of the firm’s medical malpractice and significant personal injury and wrongful death cases. Richard graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1981, and from Brooklyn Law School in 1984. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1985; he is admitted to practice in all State Courts in New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island), as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association),The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association, for whom he has lectured, and the Brooklyn Bar Association, where he serves on the Medical Malpractice Committee. He maintains the highest ranking in surveys by his peers for both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.
Bonnie B Berger
BONNIE B. BERGER is a partner at the firm. Bonnie graduated from the University of Rochester in 1981, and received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1984. She is admitted to practice in all State Courts in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court in 1993. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and The Brooklyn Bar Association. Bonnie supervises the pre-trial proceedings on all cases in the office.
Marc A Novick
MARC A. NOVICK joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1997. His practice has been devoted to the litigation of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. Marc has earned a distinguished reputation as a result of his passionate and aggressive representation, and has obtained numerous favorable results, whether by jury verdict or settlement, for our clients. Marc graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1991 and received his law degree from the Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994. He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island). He is a member of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association.
